EUGENE GEO workshop on water

On the 11-12 of May 2010, IGRAC attended the EUGENE GEO workshop on water that took place at the German Federal Institute of Hydrology (BfG), Koblenz, Germany.

EUGENE is a 'EU-FP7 supported action' to  "Improve coordination, visibility and impact of European GEOSS contributions by establishing a EUropean GEo Network".

Sophie Vermooten was invited to moderate one of the breakout sessions "Capabilities and gaps of Earth observation systems in Europe (in-situ observations)". The results of the workshop will be reported in the EUGENE "status-quo report on water".
